Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Bsky, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers in line with our brand voice
• Support the development of social media campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness
• Track analytics and prepare performance reports on engagement, reach, and growth
• Research social media trends, tools, and best practices to recommend new strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with organizational goals and campaigns
• Assist with content creation, including graphics, videos, and storytelling posts

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools a plus
• Enthusiastic, creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Passion for disability inclusion, workforce development, community engagement is a strong advantage
